From brief to result.
Over the years a whole range of projects has come together, from short rollouts to multi-year engagements. The selection below shows a cross-section of them: each with its own starting point, its own solution, and a clearly achieved goal.

Public broadcaster
Requirement
87 active Group Policy Objects with over 3,600 individual settings controlled all Windows clients exclusively through the local Active Directory. The brief was to move to cloud-native device management without touching the existing server and domain controller landscape, and without any risk of locking themselves out during the transition.
Goal
Developed an Entra ID join-only concept: categorised 61 of the 87 GPOs by migration effort and risk, prepared a zero-trust policy set and compliance baseline based on Microsoft 365 E5, and rolled it out in stages through pilot rings in audit mode, backed by pre-configured emergency accounts.

International project management company, multiple locations
Requirement
The server landscape across several international locations was approaching end of life. Windows Server 2019 had to be evaluated, tested in a staging environment and rolled out, while SharePoint, DNS and print servers stayed in continuous operation and the backup strategy was rebuilt from the ground up.
Goal
Modernised the entire server fleet and set up continuous Veeam backup monitoring, with no interruption to operations.

International company, locations distributed nationally & internationally
Requirement
Thousands of workstations were still running on an outdated Windows base. The move to Windows 10, including O365 migration, had to be planned across national and international locations without disrupting the day-to-day work of the teams on site.
Goal
Completed the Windows 10 and O365 rollout across multiple locations, with the service desk running uninterrupted throughout the entire transition.

International project management company, approx. 1,500 users
Requirement
Responsibility for the entire software and hardware portfolio, from CAD applications through Adobe products to output management, was scattered uncoordinated across several departments within the company.
Goal
Centrally introduced and took ownership of Follow-Me-Print across 70 systems and Adobe Acrobat DC for around 1,500 employees.
