You look after our customers' infrastructure day to day: servers, networks, backups, patch management. From the first error report to a cleanly documented fix.
Helpdesk / Support
You're the first point of contact for our customers: taking requests, triaging them, solving them yourself or routing them to the right person. No call-centre script, real contact.
IT Specialist
You take on projects and special tasks across our service areas, from rollouts to security to cloud, depending on where your strengths lie.
